I hereby agree to abide by the principles of the NGCBC Association and its constitution (if an office holder). I will refrain from any form of discrimination, harassment, or unethical conduct. I will support the objectives and principles of the association and I agree to the collection and use of the information I have provided for the purposes of the association's administration and inclusion in a member's directory. I understand that his association is managed by volunteers and is a not-for-profit organization and I release and discharge the Association and any members or officers from any liability for negligent acts or omissions.

The annual fee for membership is $120 or the pro-rated amount if less than one year. Please pay upon issue of invoice.

As a member of NGCBC, I agree:

• To attend meetings on a regular basis

• To treat all members with respect and act with integrity in all matters

• To provide all members with helpful and constructive support wherever possible

• To help the Association maintain a positive, friendly environment that encourages all members to grow and prosper

• To serve in a professional manner as an office holder if called to do so

• To bring guests to meetings for the purpose of promoting the benefits of membership
